1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and describe the general terms under which Artesian Stamped Concrete ("we", "us") provides concrete and masonry services. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site

Content, photos and service descriptions are provided for general information only. Project photography is representative of the type of work we perform; finishes, colors and patterns vary by installation. Nothing on this site is an offer, a binding quote, or a guarantee of a particular result.

3. Estimates and quotes

Estimates are provided by phone or in person after we review the site. An estimate is valid only for the scope described in it and may be revised if site conditions, access, measurements, material availability or the requested scope change. Work begins only after the scope and price are agreed.

4. Scheduling and weather

Concrete and masonry work depends on temperature, moisture and ground conditions. We may reschedule pours or installations to protect the quality of the finished work. We make reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes promptly.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the work area, including for trucks and equipment.
• Identify private utilities, irrigation, invisible fencing and septic components.
• Move vehicles, furniture, planters and other personal property before work begins.
• Keep people and pets off fresh concrete for the curing period we specify.

6. Payment

Payment terms, deposits and schedules are set out in the written agreement for each project. Invoices are due on the terms stated in that agreement.

7. Workmanship and natural characteristics of concrete

We stand behind our workmanship as described in your project agreement. Concrete is a natural material: minor hairline cracking, efflorescence, and variation in color, shade and texture are normal characteristics and are not considered defects. Sealer requires periodic reapplication as part of normal maintenance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of this website is limited to the amount you paid, if any, for access to it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability related to services performed is governed by your project agreement.

9. Intellectual property

The site's text, layout, logos and images are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
